Portia Macdonald-Dewhirst is the Executive Director of the Canadian Agricultural Human Resources Council (CAHRC), an organization that addresses human resource issues facing agricultural businesses across Canada. But in order to attract new talent and young people to the industry, we need to spread the positive message about agriculture.

The CAHRC offers tools for those looking to start or grow their career in agriculture, and has resources available for ag employers who are looking to find and keep the talent they need.
